• 18,500 SF New Construction fast track cold storage expansion

• This fast track Cold Storage addition expanded meat packing production from 700,000 lbs to 2,000,000 lbs per week. A major challenge during the project was keeping AFG operational while they maintained 24/7 production throughout construction

• Design Build delivery method was used for this project

• Expansion to this Food Grade Processing & Storage Facility included a 5,000 SF Freezer/Cooler, liquid flavor processing production, Quality Control/R&D labs, and a blast-proof room for flammable chemical storage
