Conversion: Banquet Hall to New 14,000 SF Dining Facility

 

Originally designed as a banquet hall, this 14,000 SF space was demolished and converted to a full-service restaurant and high-end food court dining facility. The multiple food concepts and offerings required different designs and finishes for six stations within the dining facility. With seating for up to 400 students and faculty, a layout and design was required to allow for quick and easy flow during the busy serving hours. A great deal of attention was given to the strict Safety and Construction Guidelines as required by IUPUI.
